Job summary

Rise Services Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facility maintenance requests across Arizona and other states. The role requires strong project management, reporting, and cross-department communication to ensure timely, quality service.

The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, develop budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives while staying aligned with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in project management and coordinating across multiple states.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of facility maintenance requests and prioritize work across multi-state portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and supervise on-site personnel as needed.
• Prepare and interpret data reports for Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies; manage vendor network and onboarding.
