Job summary

RISE Services Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance requests across multi-state properties. You will coordinate trades, manage the maintenance portal, and ensure work complies with OSHA and company policies.

The role requires data-driven reporting to Senior Management, budgeting input, and proactive collaboration with operations, administration, and vendors. On-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in project management.
• Associate degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate (property management, facility maintenance, construction, etc.).
• CFM or FMP certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-state commercial/residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s Facility Maintenance Portal.
• Ability to prioritize work across the Rise facility portfolio in multiple states.
• Perform project management on special projects and administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Draft terms and costs with vendors for services across the portfolio.
• Direct hiring or contracting for security, maintenance, and grounds personnel as needed.
• Oversee budgeting and real facility spend; analyze cost trends for savings.
• Inspect properties annually or as assigned; ensure quality and compliance.
