Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. seeks a Facilities/Property Manager to oversee the maintenance portfolio across multiple states from Mesa, AZ. You will manage vendor networks, schedule inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies while coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience in project management.
• Associate’s degree in business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate (property management, facility maintenance, construction, etc.).
• CFM or FMP certification preferred.
