The role includes serving as the qualifying agent for state licensing applications and maintaining regulatory accountability for repossession licensing frameworks.

• Regulatory accountability for licensing frameworks and consumer communications.
• Primary liaison with regulators on licensing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collateral location / skip tracing.
• Delinquency resolution and borrower communications.
• Forwarding assignments to licensed repossession agencies.
• Ensure licensing boundaries and avoid activities that may trigger direct repossession licensing exposure.
• Act as primary contact for regulators on licensing, compliance, and consumer complaint matters.
• Background and disclosure submissions.
