Job summary

VXI Global Solutions, a BPO leader, seeks a Collections Licensing Manager in Los Angeles to establish and grow licensing operations across multiple U.S. states, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely filings.

You will oversee licensing activities, coordinate with vendors and agencies, and maintain compliance documentation to support operational readiness. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with multi-state licensing processes across U.S. states.
• Familiarity with state licensing agencies and requirements.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections licensing efforts across multiple U.S. states to support business operations.
• Manage licensing applications, renewals, filings, and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with licensing vendors and regulatory agencies for timely licensing.
• Monitor federal and state regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain licensing documentation and support audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and clients to establish best practices.
• Utilize licensing platforms and vendor solutions to manage activities.
• Participate in client-facing meetings and provide operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve licensing processes and strengthen programs.
• Support growth of the Collections function as the business expands.
