Would you like to earn above-average pay while staying active and teaching life skills through 10 different sports? We offer a competitive hourly rate, on-the-job training, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

The Position:

New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week, earn $22 per hour, and can earn up to $30 per hour. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with kids!

• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and create a stress-free environment.
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
• Coaches have a blast, are open-minded, and see coaching as a continuous journey. They attend monthly, weekly, or seasonal trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

The Schedule:

Most classes are during mornings, early afternoons, and weekends. Availability on some of these days and times is preferred: [region-specific days and times].

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Weekends: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

The Location:

Classes are held at preschools, parks, recreational centers, and elementary schools. Coaches may travel up to an hour to reach a class.

Requirements:

Complete a minimum of 12 semester units in early childhood education or child development, including at least one course of three semester units in each of these core areas:

• Child/human growth and development (e.g., ECE 100)
• Child, family, and community or child and family relations (e.g., ECE 200)
• Programs/curriculum (e.g., ECE 400)
• Principles and Practices (e.g., ECE 600)
