Job Summary

Start Date: Monday, June 9th, 2025

Shift: Monday - Friday: Must be open to any shift between 10:30am – 8pm CST. It is required to work every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST.

Training: Training will be a duration of 6 weeks from 8am – 4:30pm CST. Due to the structured training schedule, new hires are unable to miss any days of training.

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $21.50 or $25 including certification through NBC-HWC or CHES only.

The Health Coach is part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for improving individual health and wellness and the overall health status of a client's population. The role involves engaging and supporting members in improving lifestyles and behaviors, acting as a positive change agent, and being supervised by an Operations Coach Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Participate in telephonic engagement, coaching, and chase calls to inform, enroll, and support program participants.
• Coordinate delivery of services with a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to schedules and caseloads, which may be 1:1 or team-based.
• Participate in meetings and track members' progress and program efficacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 2+ years of health coaching experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and software navigation.
• Knowledge of lifestyle topics such as smoking cessation, nutrition, exercise, etc.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and maintain a hard-wired internet connection.
