Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking passionate, energetic group fitness instructors to lead a variety of multi-specialty classes in Ann Arbor and Saline, MI. Classes include Dance, Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, TRX, and more, with flexible as-needed schedules.

Facilities operate Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering part-time opportunities. Must have current national group exercise certification and CPR/AED/First Aid, with 2+ years of instruction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members across formats such as dance, Zumba, Yoga, stretch, TRX, HIIT, Pilates, kickboxing, step, boot camp and circuit.
• Lead multi-specialty classes in Saline and Ann Arbor, MI locations with engaging class experiences.
• Navigate onboarding and timecard systems to manage scheduling and attendance.
