We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities.**About the role**HealthFitness is seeking a motivated **Group Class Instructor** to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in **Auburn Hills, Michigan**.This **on-call/substitute** role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys flexible scheduling and teaching classes on an as‐needed basis.Bring your energy, expertise, and passion for fitness to help keep our workforce active and engaged.Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.**Minimum Requirements*** Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Compensation: $25 - $35/class.
