Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and intake/output (I&O).
• Performs EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide skin care for skin conditions (stage I & II).
• Document patient data accurately and completely.
