Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and building systems to ensure reliability.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical components.
• Install, align, and balance new equipment; repair buildings, floors, or stairs.
• Read blueprints and schematics; follow maintenance manuals and checklists.
• Operate cutting torches or welding equipment as needed for repairs.
• Provide grounds keeping, housekeeping, and on-call coverage as required.
