MateCareer is recruiting Maintenance Technicians for a multi-skilled role at a UK plant. The position includes a guaranteed base salary with shift allowance and overtime, plus a comprehensive package.

Maintenance Technicians - Why You Should Apply

£45,500: Shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime are already included in the figure.

No Saturday Working: The three-shift rota leaves every Saturday free. Two Sundays in three are yours too, with the third starting at 10pm on your nights week.

Backed to 2028: Order books are already secured to 2028 at this successful manufacturing plant in South Wales.

Your Remuneration Package:

• £45,500 (shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime included) base salary £43,893
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 4% matched pension and a healthcare cash plan
• Days 6am to 2pm and afternoons 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday), nights 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
