Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a state-of-the-art automated factory in Stafford. You will support electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.

This role offers a strong development path, a salary of £40,000 plus overtime and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life insurance and gym access, with 4on-4off shifts days and nights.

Maintenance Assistant

Salary: £40,000 + Overtime (£1,000-£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location: Stafford
Shifts: 4on 4off days and nights (2days 2nights 4 off)

You will be responsible for assisting with carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. The aim of the role is to learn as much as you can as quickly as you can from the engineers you are assisting, once you are fully trained and confident the aim is for you to move into a maintenance engineer role

Requirements for the Maintenance Assistant.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
