Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team in California. You will respond to repair requests for in-store equipment, manage inventories, and train other technicians to uphold store performance.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years in repairs, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site role offers benefits and growth opportunities within our iconic brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrates leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, clear communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, ownership of facility location, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work.
