Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team in California. You will maintain in-store equipment such as beverage and food machines, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, while handling plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance needs.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and handle prioritization of work; basic maintenance on structures.
