7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from beverage and food equipment to fuel dispensers. You’ll respond to repair requests, manage parts, and help maintain our community footprint.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, stretch assignments, facility location ownership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work.
