Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team and keep store equipment in top condition. You will handle repairs on beverage, food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, and support plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Expect hands-on responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; ability to handle stretch assignments and own the facility location responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work.
• Perform basic maintenance on structures and related duties.
