Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly and to support in-store equipment such as beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

You will respond to service requests, manage parts inventory, and help train Level I technicians while taking on various maintenance tasks. The role offers a sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise peers and train Level I technicians.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs on in-store equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other Level I technicians and prioritize work.
