Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support the Maintenance Supervisor in operating an apartment community. You will perform maintenance tasks and respond to residents' needs to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires hands-on skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and landscaping, with a focus on timely work orders, safety and curb appeal. Evening/weekend calls may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Pool certification is helpful but not required.
• Respond to emergency calls including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians the Las Vegas area.The primary function of the Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in all work required in the operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Overall maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.)
• Completing work requests in a timely manner.
• Keeping curb appeal at its highest level and maintaining common areas.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial items, carpentry, and landscaping.

Competitive pay:

$17.00-$23.00/hour DOE

35% apartment discount where available.

Requirements:

Candidates are expected to respond to emergency calls, including on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. All candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in property management maintenance. A current pool certification is helpful but is not required. Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
