Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. This role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy efficiency across building equipment.

Strong communication and basic MS Office skills are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with the ability to follow procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
