Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine buildings and grounds care, including painting, drywall, concrete work, and HVAC repair.

This role requires problem-solving, safety awareness and the ability to work with hand and power tools. You will support maintenance managers, handle emergency repairs, and participate in weekly inspections while delivering strong customer service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of facility maintenance or carpentry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of units and operations.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair walls and flooring.
• Major repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Respond to safety, security, or facility issues and shut down utilities if required.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance inspections.
