Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of general facility systems and safety practices.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical, structural, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Change lightbulbs, grease gears, and perform basic floor care as needed.
• Respond to emergency facility needs and security issues; report to Manager.
