Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance across multiple clinic locations in the Austin area. Responsibilities include electrical and plumbing repairs, furniture assembly, and assisting in relocations and renovations.

A valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to travel between sites are required. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least three years of maintenance experience, and knowledge of ADA standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Three years of maintenance/repair experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry standards.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on a ladder up to 20 feet.
• Excellent communication with employees, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical outlet repairs and minor equipment electrical repair.
• Repair or replace clogged/broken toilets and drains; sink fixtures.
• Assemble and move furniture and modular furniture; determine workstation specs.
• Assist in clinic relocations and renovations.
• Manage warehouse supplies and furniture inventories; travel to various clinic locations.
