Qualifications

• Two years of full-time maintenance or mechanical experience is required, under supervision.
• Completion of an appropriate two-year technical school is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read/write in English.
• Must be able to perform duties at heights and lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine semi-skilled maintenance/repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and other facilities.
• Conduct general grounds maintenance and cleanup such as mowing, trimming, snow/ice removal, and trash collection.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues; coordinate with supervisors to resolve concerns.
• May supervise subordinates and act as a primary contact for contractors and vendors when needed.
