Candidate Qualifications:

• Knowledge of multiple trades:
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair/installation
• Small area painting
• Deck/fence repair
• Door and window installation

Additional Qualifications:

• Proper equipment: A variety of basic tools and the ability to identify additional tools needed for specific jobs.
• Troubleshooting skills: Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues professionally.
