Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime.

Location: London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with expertise in repairing and fitting Fire Doors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to fire door installations and repairs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and repairing Fire Doors, including intumescent strips and seals, hardwood lipping, door closer adjustments, and gap adjustments.
• Providing high-quality customer service across properties in London and surrounding areas.
• Carrying out maintenance and repair tasks related to your trade and secondary trades as required.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
