Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain high technical expertise and serve as a resource to Medical Assistants.
• Manage patient flow, access, and scheduling to optimize appointment availability.
• Coordinate clinician schedules to expedite care and maximize clinical time.
• Answer calls and ensure clinicians receive necessary information.
• Review clinician mail and MyHealth messages as appropriate.
• Identify and resolve patient satisfaction issues and operational difficulties.
• Assist in patient documentation, authorizations, and review of patient records.
