Job summary

MasteryPrep LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a Program Manager for the Minnesota Gear Up Middle and High School Tutoring Program. You will provide leadership, coordination, and oversight of the multi-site in-person tutoring program across five sites, ensuring alignment with Minnesota standards and effective tutor training.

You may also provide direct small-group tutoring to cover staffing shortages and serve as the primary liaison to district leaders, site coordinators, tutors, and MasteryPrep

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional or school-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of Grades 7–8 literacy, math, and/or science standards.
• Experience managing or coaching instructional staff.
• Ability to analyze data and support data-driven instructional decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tutoring program across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment to Minnesota Academic Standards and MasteryPrep’s instructional model.
• Monitor program fidelity, instructional quality, and tutor performance.
• Provide biweekly data summaries and monthly progress reports to district partners and MasteryPrep leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison between MasteryPrep, school partners, site coordinators, and tutors.
