Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional or school-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of Grades 7–12 literacy, math, and/or science standards.
• Experience managing or coaching instructional staff.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites weekly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tutoring program across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment to Minnesota Standards and instructional model.
• Monitor quality, tutor performance, and program fidelity.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and materials.
• Provide training, onboarding, and coaching to staff.
• Collect data, run analyses, and report to partners.
• Serve as primary liaison with district leaders and tutors.
• Deliver end-of-program reports and presentations.
