Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional or school-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of Grades 7–12 literacy, math, and/or science standards.
• Experience managing or coaching instructional staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel between multiple sites weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tutoring program across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment to Minnesota Standards and MasteryPrep/partner models.
• Monitor fidelity, instructional quality, and tutor performance.
• Coordinate schedule fidelity and staffing across sites.
• Oversee distribution of curriculum materials and resources.
• Manage data collection, diagnostics, and reporting cycles.
• Communicate with district partners and MasteryPrep leadership.
• Provide coaching and feedback to tutors.
