Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Transportation and Logistics Leader at our Centennial, Colorado facility to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive logistics strategy across multiple sites. You will manage end-to-end movement of materials, components, and finished goods between suppliers, plants, and customers.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in transportation/logistics, with strong carrier relationships and regulatory compliance (DOT/ITAR/EAR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site logistics operations and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi-site transportation and logistics strategy.
• Manage carrier contracts and evaluate performance.
• Establish standard work for shipping/receiving at each site.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery and freight cost per unit.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, ITAR, EAR and export documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Program teams.
• Integrate logistics with ERP/MES and use data analytics for forecasting.
