Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a driven Studio Sales Specialist to energize guest engagements across MN/WI. This full-time, multi-site role involves educating guests, driving memberships, and supporting operations at several studio locations.

You will travel regularly, build sales instincts across diverse audiences, and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven brand focused on exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail or hospitality.
• Natural closer's instinct and ability to educate guests.
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site travel role and regular mobility.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55-$60K+ depending on sales experience plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Location: Multi-site supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations (Green Bay, Brookfield, Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St. Cloud)

What You'll Do

• Drive the sale. Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Travel to studios across your region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support wherever it's needed most.
• Own the front of house. Step into key guest-facing roles — Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support — as needed.
• Keep operations humming. Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
• Deliver the Chapter standard. Consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
• Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality
• A natural closer's instinct — comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions
• Leadership experience a plus, as you may fill in for Studio Managers as needed
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role — flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets
• Personable, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
