Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a driven Studio Sales Specialist to support multiple IL/WI locations. This multi-site role requires energy, guest focus, and the ability to travel between Chicago, Green Bay, and Brookfield while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role is full-time with a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay. You will receive paid onboarding, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of the TAG-The Aspen

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong closing instincts for educating guests and driving purchases.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned markets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale by educating guests on services, products, and memberships to grow rebooking.
• Travel to studios across the region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support.
• Own front-of-house roles as needed (Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support).
• Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to hit satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

Salary: $55-$60K+ depending on sales experience plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Location: Multi-site supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations (Chicago, Green Bay, Brookfield)

What You\'ll Do

• Drive the sale. Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Travel to studios across your region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support wherever it\'s needed most.
• Own the front of house. Step into key guest-facing roles — Guest Service, Studio Support, Manager support — as needed.
• Keep operations humming. Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
• Deliver the Chapter standard. Consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards, studio after studio.
• Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leadership to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality
• A natural closer\'s instinct — comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions
• Leadership experience a plus, as you may fill in for Studio Managers as needed
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role — flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets
• Personable, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
