Opco-Skilled-Management- seeks a Regional Business Office Consultant to oversee a group of skilled nursing facilities from Dallas to Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes AR management, billing accuracy, and staff guidance across locations.

The candidate must have 5+ years in skilled nursing business office management, with strong Medicare/Medicaid and long-term care billing experience. Remote training and strong compliance focus are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility business office.
• Prefer experience running multiple locations.
• Extensive experience in billing and collections including Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Private Pay, and Medicaid Pending in long term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and monitor billing/collection efforts.
• Audit and train all Business Office policies and procedures.
• Communicate and apply collection protocols for at-risk accounts and report to Administrator and Regional Director of Operations.
• Provide guidance on Medicaid Pending, Recertification, and Authorization processes.
• Collaborate with Administrators and Regional DO for involvement, improvement, and support.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and payments within designated timelines.
• Monitor compliance with Internal Controls and Resident Trust Fund processes.
• Train staff at all levels, in person and remotely.
