Responsibilities include supervision of post orders, de-escalation, and routine site tours, with pre-employment screening required and valid Arizona guard credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including drug tests and background check.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR; Unarmed Guard Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
