Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a HS diploma/GED, have strong customer service and leadership abilities, and can work independently while remaining calm in emergencies. Pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under stress.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and enforce regulations.
• Manage access control and patrol multiple locations.
• Identify and report safety issues.
• Provide customer service to clients' employees and guests.
• Carry out post orders and assigned rounds.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation.
