Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Multi Site Security Officer for a full-time position based in Tempe, AZ. The role involves maintaining a safe, secure environment across client sites with access control, patrolling, and strict adherence to post orders.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a HS diploma/GED, have strong customer service and leadership abilities, and can work independently while remaining calm in emergencies. Pre-employment screening is required.

Multi Site Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Tempe, AZ

Wage Range: $18.00-$21.00/HR

The Multi Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
