Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, multi-site portfolio in the Denver, CO area.

You will strengthen client relationships, drive growth, and oversee day-to-day operations across sites to ensure profitability and service excellence. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership experience, 3+ years of multi-unit oversight, and proven P&L management skills, with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Location: Denver, CO (Metro Denver Area)

The salary range for this role is from $89,000 to $92,000, plus a $750.00 per month vehicle allowance. The compensation range may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and applicable skills.

What You’ll Do

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large, diverse, high-volume multi‑unit book of business, overseeing multiple sites while strengthening the business through strong client relationships and strategic portfolio management. This role plays a key part in supporting clients across the broader region by ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations, making sound decisions, prioritizing resources, and driving long‑term growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is driven, self‑reliant, and results‑oriented, with hands‑on operational experience and a proven track record of managing sizable multi‑unit portfolios, elevating team performance, enhancing profitability, and consistently delivering exceptional service and results for clients.
