Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple security installation projects within client facilities. The role requires coordinating contractors, maintaining schedules, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in project management for security/construction sectors, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. PMP is a plus, and a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security installation projects within client facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and milestones are met.
• Monitor progress and address schedule risks and obstacles.
• Serve as primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates.
