The ideal candidate works independently across multiple sites, responds to maintenance emergencies, and travels between locations as needed, with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple restaurant locations.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, electrical.
• Work on grills, fryer, oven, refrigeration, and basic electrical/mechanical systems.
• Handle general building repairs and maintenance and cosmetic repairs (painting).
• Respond promptly to equipment and facility emergencies that affect operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Communicate repairs, timelines, and parts needs to management.
• Travel between locations as needed and maintain a safe work environment.
