Complete Conversion Services is seeking a Multi-Site Field Supervisor / Project Foreman to oversee interior renovation work across the Northern VA and DC markets. You will manage crews, monitor progress, review workmanship, and keep projects moving by coordinating materials and schedule adherence.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and safety discipline to ensure tenant-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Oversee interior unit renovations in multi-family and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret scopes of work and cabinet plans.
• Ensure safety standards and job cleanliness on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two to three active projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material runs.
• Provide regular updates, photos, and daily notes.
• Ensure all work is tenant-ready and compliant with safety policies.
