Job summary

EF Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multi-family renovation projects across Norfolk, VA, in coordination with the Director of Construction. This field-based role focuses on contractor coordination rather than direct employees, with responsibility for meeting deadlines and budget constraints across up to 100 scopes per complex.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or construction coordination experience.
• Proficiency with construction CRMs such as JobTread or BuilderTrend.
• Strong scheduling and project management principles.
• Proven ability to organize and manage crews across different trades concurrently on one project.
• Experience updating CRMs and budgeting software to keep the team aligned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contractor crews based on timetables developed in coordination with the Director of Construction.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades working concurrently on a single project.
• Ensure contractors execute the full scope of work to required quality standards.
• Confirm completed work meets quality standards prior to handoff to the property management team.
• Ensure contractors adhere to job site safety standards and protocols throughout each renovation.
