Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in OT/PT/SLP from an accredited program.
• Licensed as OT/PT/SLP with current credentials.
• BLS certification obtained within 45 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
• Alaska driver’s license required.
• Broad clinical experience across settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rehabilitation staff and manage clinic operations.
• Provide OT/PT/SLP evaluations and treatments across patient ages and needs.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory and professional guidelines (AOTA/APTA/ASHA).
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
