Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects to lead major capital construction programs across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Extensive years of progressive capital construction project management experience with multiple projects.
• End-to-end delivery of capital construction and renovation projects with budgets and schedules.
• Leading space design with stakeholders and design development.
• Managing GC/trade performance, prequalifications, RFPs, SLAs.
• Coordinating commercial lease transactions with brokers, landlords, and legal counsel.
• Ownership of capital project budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinating cross-functional partners on capital projects and lease transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital construction programs from kickoff to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead space design requirements and drive stakeholder alignment through design development.
• Lead capital construction RFPs, contractor prequalification, and GC/trade selection.
• Oversee lease pipeline, renewals, and dispositions with legal and brokerage partners.
• Maintain day-to-day budget control and forecast versus spend; report to leadership.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and vendor performance on active sites.
