Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Manager for our ready-mix operation in Brookshire, TX. Lead daily plant and production activities to meet safety, quality, service and efficiency goals; coordinate workforce, equipment and schedules; promote safety culture.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of ready-mix operations, and the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and communicate with employees, customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ready mix plant and production activities to achieve safety, quality, service, and operational goals.
• Coordinate workforce, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of concrete products.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture through coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal business partners to support exceptional service.
