Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a field-based Operations Leader in Houston to oversee ready mix activities across multiple facilities. You will drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with plant, sales, dispatch and maintenance teams.

The role requires data-driven problem solving, strong leadership, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. The position offers a base salary with an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and optimize daily ready mix operations across multiple facilities to achieve safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives.

Work Environment

• Primarily field-based with regular travel between ready mix locations and customer sites.
