Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant in Midland, TX. You will manage leasing at multiple properties, greet residents, and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional service. The role supports move-ins and ongoing resident relations.

You’ll handle applications, coordinate marketing efforts, perform inspections, and contribute to administrative tasks. A customer-focused mindset and basic tech skills are essential for success in this fast-paced multifamily

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
• Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in and ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
