Job summary

Maloney Properties is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee sites in Newton, Watertown, and Hudson, MA. You will handle leasing, budgeting, rent collections, compliance, and resident relations across 130 units at two communities, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Property Manager experience, or 5 years combined as an Assistant Property Manager (APM) and/or Occupancy Specialist (O/S).
• Experience with affordable housing programs, including Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME, is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
• COS, CPO, and/or Specialist SHCM are preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager (sites in Newton, Watertown, & Hudson) to join a team responsible for 2 communities totaling 130 units. You will oversee Haywood House and West Newton Armory, located in Newton, MA. There will be additional coverage needed at various Metrowest properties. Responsibilities include:

• Leasing.
• Budgeting.
• Rent collections.
• Compliance.
• Resident relations.
• Overall office management.

The work hours are flexible of either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. Some flexibility and travel between sites will be required.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated professional with exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of Property Manager experience required, or 5 years of combined experience as an Assistant Property Manager (APM) and/or Occupancy Specialist (O/S).

Salary Range: $80,000-85,000 depending on previous experience.
