Subsidiaries Hanley Place, Brookstone Townhomes, and Gray’s Landing are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee three buildings in Hudson. The portfolio includes properties under market rate and Section 42 Tax Credit programs, with one site designated for seniors/disabilities.

What are some of the responsibilities?
  1. Oversee marketing and leasing activities
  2. Coordinate move-in/move-out processes
  3. Work with vendors and maintenance teams for unit turns and repairs
  4. Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-up
  5. Organize resident events
  6. Handle daily property operations
  7. Recruit, select, and develop Caretaking staff
  8. Maintain property cleanliness and oversee Caretaking routines
  9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships
  10. Take a hands-on approach to duties to support team performance
  11. Communicate compassionately with residents about repairs, upholding customer service and Fair Housing standards

What qualities and experience are required?
  1. Minimum 5 years in property management, preferably multi-site
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Experience with property finances, reporting, and cost control
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
  6. Proactive problem-solving approach
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Experience with AppFolio Plus preferred
  9. Physical ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly, and to bend and reach
  10. Valid driver’s license and meeting insurance requirements
