Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities in Pennsylvania. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and asset performance while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction.

You will coach regional leadership, manage budgets and forecasting, and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Facilities to execute large-scale initiatives across multiple assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive property management experience across multiple assets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop community managers and teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio across multiple communities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coach and develop regional leadership and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety policies.
